Each piece of jewelry is one~of~a~kind and only one of each item is available. Therefore, once an item is purchased it is removed from the website. If it happens that an item you put in your shopping cart (before you check out) has been purchased while you are still shopping, a notification will be in the item's place on the view cart page. That item will also be deleted from your cart and your total. It is unlikely, but possible, that another customer could finish the check out process for the same item(s) before you complete your check out process. In the rare event that this happens, you will be notified via email and issued a full refund.

 GUARANTEE & REPAIR  POLICY:    
I am confident in the quality of my work and want my customers to be as well. I stand behind every piece that I create.

• If your piece has broken during normal usage return the piece to me (return shipping not reimbursed) and I will repair any piece FREE OF CHARGE for up to 6 months after purchase. Please contact me first with a description of the item and repair needed. Shipping charges are nonrefundable.
• Due to the one-of-a-kind nature of each piece and my continually changing supply inventory, I cannot guarantee that I will be able to replicate the piece as it was before needing repair. If it is not possible for me to replicate the piece then I will gladly work with you to find a solution that satisfies both of us.
  
   

• I do accept returns up to 10 days after an item(s) has been purchased. ALL ITEMS MUST BE RETURNED IN THEIR ORIGINAL CONDITION (damage-free and unaltered). Please contact me via email so I am expecting the items(s). The customer must have the order number and send a copy of the order information back with the returned item(s). Upon receipt of the items(s) a full refund will be credited to the account used for the purchase. Shipping and handling charges are nonrefundable.
  
• Returns 11-28 days after purchase will be refunded at 50% of the purchase price of the item(s). Shipping and handling charges are nonrefundable.

• There is a $0.50 handling fee which covers delivery confirmation.
• You will be notified via email when your order has been processed and shipped.
• All orders will be shipped USPS Priority Mail (USPS) with delivery confirmation. Allow 2-3 days for delivery to most locations. ALL shipping times are based on in-transit times once your order has been processed.
• Shipping insurance is optional but recommended. Beaded Earth-Art Designs is not responsible for any damage that occurs during the shipping process once the item(s) is in-transit.
  
   

• Express Mail Service (USPS)- Next-day delivery is guaranteed by noon or 3 p.m. to many U.S. destinations (www.usps.com). Choose the Express Mail Service option on the view cart page.
